LT Monyele
Founder - Chairman & CEO
Thabang Monyele is a Mining Engineer with over 17 years experience in both Underground and Opencast Mines. He worked for major mining companies like Anglo American, BHP Billiton, Sasol Mining, Kuyasa Mining and Exxaro Resources. He held senior positions including Mine Manager and Operations Manager. He obtained the following qualifications, a B-Tech and National Diploma in Mining Engineering and MDP. He is also a holder of Mine Managers Certificate of Competence (MMCC) for Coal Mines. Thabang has participated in the Coal Mining Industry as an Examiner for Blasting Certificate, Mine Overseer Certificate and Mine Managers Certificate of Competence. He is also the President of the SACMA (South African Colliery Managers Association).
